Recalo + Muse

Use Recalo inside Muse

Muse, Meta's personal agent, sets up its own connectors. Paste one prompt and Muse connects to Recalo. Then ask it to save what it finds straight into your Recalo library, or to plan from what you've saved: a recipe, a restaurant, a trip plan, a reading list.

Connect Recalo in Muse

In the Muse app or at muse.ai.

  1. Paste this prompt into a new chat.

Set up a custom connector named Recalo. It is a remote MCP server at https://my.recaloapp.com/api/mcp, using Streamable HTTP with OAuth sign-in. Recalo registers the sign-in client on its own, so no client ID or secret is needed. When it's ready, open the Recalo sign-in page for me. Never ask me for my password. Then check the connection by listing a few things I've saved in Recalo.

  2. Sign in to Recalo.

A Recalo sign-in page opens. Use the same account as the app and approve access. Muse asks you to approve the connection in its own window, not in the chat.

  3. Ask something small.

Like "what recipes do I have in Recalo?" If Muse lists them, you're connected.

The connector URL, if Muse asks for it on its own:

Things to ask

Good to know

Muse asks before it acts. You approve what the Recalo connector may do in a Muse dialog, once or for longer.

Never paste a password into the chat. You sign in on Recalo's own page. If Muse asks for a password, a client ID or a secret, stop and use another assistant.

You'll need a Recalo account. Same login as the iPhone app and the web app. Muse only ever sees your own library.

Free to try. A free Recalo account includes 50 saves through connected apps like Muse. Reading what you have saved is never counted. Recalo Pro ($3.49 a month or $34.99 a year) removes the cap.
